Snce I started bulking months ago I've always drank 3 glasses of milk before I sleep becuz milk has slow proteins and will help me build thru the 8 hours that I sleep. I do it cuz I believe I read it somewhere, but now I can't seem to find it again, and I never really checked if this was the best to do. Does anybody else do this? Or anything smarter?
