What's your favorite pre-workout meal? :burger:

I'm looking for some ideas on a small, light pre-workout meal that will give me strength. I usually eat a moderate/large meal about 1 hr after my workout.

Oatmeal mixed with nitrean/splenda/cinnamon with large cup of water and 200mg of caffeince/16mg of ephedrine.

2 eggs benedict with 3 pieces of sausage, another english muffin, 2 pieces of bacon, and cinnamon apples, washed down with 2 cups of strong coffee and a 20 ounce glass of water.

geez, its pre workout, just eat and go lift!

Dayum.. I couldnt eat half of that and Im a fat azz..

I personally dont eat anything too tasy before a workout. I like to keep my mind off food until afterward when I can enjoy it.

Usually a chicken or tuna sandwhich with an apple is what I do though.

1 cup oatmeal mixed with 3 scoops vanilla Maximus, splenda, cinammon, and then a big spoon of pb mixed in. Tasty awesomeness.

I keep it lite for preworkout, usally caned tuna and PB Toast.

i like a cup of coffee and a pbj and like 3 egg whites...... nice and light and nutrient dense....
