Hi,
Just wondering if u guys had any thoughts on the most cost effective way to use creatine. Some people say loading period is critical. true/false/depends? also, directions say to use on off days too. thoughts on this? thanks.

Those some people are wrong. You don't need to load. Take 5 grams a day, every day. That's it. Nothing confusing about it. Every single day...5 grams a day. Any regular creatine monohydrate should do. What brand did you buy? You can get a 400 day supply for 25 bucks. http://supplementdirect.com/?content=52&product_id=10807&PHPSESSID=5ea25088fd69040c3e5f671f885c6a3b

Loading is a waste.

Creatine scares me. When i went to Tunisia and didnt have my creatine with me i couldnt lift as much. Or maybe thats because of the fasting during that month? ANywways iseen people lose alot of weight when stopping creatine. I still take 5g ED and never did a loading phase.

Ding Ding Ding. Creatine won't magically make you lift more weight. Or maybe I got ripped off :D

I've used SupplementDirect's brand of creatine. It was a good, basic creatine. AtLarge's Creatine 500 was the same, quality-wise, but it did mix a little better in shakes than SupplementDirect's. Both are good products.
