You didn't read.
All you need is a powdered protein, fish oil, multi vitamin, and creatine.
Do HIIT 3x a week and drop all of the other cardio.
I assume your lifting split is no good so you should fix that.
Edit: Like Scarz said... diet is key

If you want definition, you need to work on your diet and lifting. "Definition" is 100% diet. How is your diet?

NO explode isnt very good, read up some more on this site and youll learn why.
If your working out 6 days a week your routine most likely sucks (you say you wanna get ripped so I can safely assume your not lifting for sports). Can you post your routine?
And HIIT is a lot more effective than just running a few miles for fat loss. And huge muscley dudes can be defined ya know...

Try looking up some routines on this site, BGB (baby got back) is a great one to choose. I dont see any compound lifts in what you just did. You shouldnt even bother with supplements until you take care of your routine. You need to squat, deadlift and bench. Leg press is no substitute for a squat.
And post pics of your legs... how good could they possibly look...
As for diet... can use work as well.
If your not an eater for breakfast, drink 2 cups of milk to get something in ya.
Go to www.fitday.com and make a free account. Log in everything you eat for a week or two and come back here and show us what youve got and we can really critique your diet.

My friend, you need an overhaul. If you can's back squat then front squat or hack squat. Spend some time reading the website wbb.com , quit being a wuss and deadlift and squat.

Why do you hate deadlifts? Are you sure your doing them right?
And front squat if you cant back squat although I highly suggest you back squat.
