So I've been doing some research on EAS Phosphagen Elite and I'm thinking about getting it for the weight room this off season along with some Muscle Milk and maybe some Protein Bars or meal replacement shakes to eat or drink during class.

Would this be alright and would it be helpful? My goal is to gain lean muscle mass over this off season and get bigger for my senior football season coming up next year.

Muscle Milk isn't too bad. If I were you I'd look into the At Large Nutrition products. Many of us here swear by them, as well as a whole host of serious individuals as far as mass/strength/athletics go. I would find Chris Mason or Daniel Clough on these boards, email one of them with your goals and let him point you in the right direction. Or you could just do a search, or ask people here.

you will see the same results with plain creatien monhydrate mixed with dextrose (gatoraid powder). Plus you will save alot of money.

Also its cheaper and taste better if you make your own. Do a search on here about mikeys protein bars and you will find a good recipie.

Yes creatine and powdered protein are teh right supplements to help with your goals. as long as your are in a calorie surpuss you will gain weight.

Muscle milk, MRPs and protein bars are just food. If your asking if food will help you gain mass and get bigger then the answer is yes. If your overall calories are more then you burn then you will add mass. This is why diet is important. Get it settled out before randomly buying a bunch of MRPs, shakes, etc.
