Ok, so im guessing i have to post my weight room workout..

well i pretty much do what the coach has on the weight room board.

its something like this-

SQUAT-
10X145
6X165
4x175
2x185

BENCH-
10X80
6X85
2X90

INCLINE-
10X65
( switch to DB ) 8X70
4X75

THE END

i really really wunna hit 220 in squat : D
and umm,
115 in bench.

and 200 or above on dead lift

now that, would make me wayy happy! :strong:

Do you have a time frame for hitting those goals? If you train hard, you can probably hit them pretty fast...you don't have far to go.

I predict this will be the log with the most replies ever by the end of December.

I REALLY need to lose weight, but im sooo scared, i dont wunt my numbers to drop..
im 98lbs right now, i wunna be around 90ish
