I've recently dug through a closet that I havent used in quite some time and found a tub of creatine monohydrate that I believe I bought about a year or two ago. My question is, Is it still ok, or has it gone bad, etc?
I had already used some of it, so it has been opened, but obviously the top was on and everything.
Thanks,
Mike

What does the expiration date say? You can buy a 200-400 day supply for 25 bucks or so. Creatine monohydrate isn't very expensive.

creatine is hygroscopic, if its gotten hard and caked its no good.

funny nobody recommended he just check the expiration date - it's a pretty universal component of healthcare products, I've sold these for years and there's only 1 company that doesn't provide them (and it's an online bulk supplier).
We'd get those in with some very, very far off expiration dates. If you're still good on teh date and it doesn't have a funky smell or anything, why waste cash buying a new bucket?
