what are some good exercises for a pitcher to do? not as far as lifting weights or anything, just extra workouts JUST for pitching. things for your rotator cuff, speed, etc.

The best way to increase velocity is through shoulder flexibility, leg strength, and long toss.

Due to the fact that pitchers are unilateral, I'd advise trying to make up work on the other side just for the sake of balance. Also, pitching is heavy on internal rotation of the shoulder so make sure you work your external rotation on your pitching arm, don't worry too much about internal rotation except for off-season, it will get enough work inseason. Maybe some prehab with like a jump stretch band would be fine for internal.
