It's cool to get the props on my traps, they're my fav part of my physique lol! I don't do many shrugs actually, i just do 3 sets of 12 reps with 100 lb db's ( i think i really have them from all the deadlifting i do) , but i worked my way up from 50 lb dbs like 2 years ago lol.....14-15 % is good to hear as well as i used to weigh 300 lbs lol!!!!! thanks for all the support and replies!!! I'll throw some new pics up,a nd I know I'm not arnoldsclone lol, but i do like my genetics....

My traps are also naturally large,great isnt it. But where my traps are large my chest has lost out.
Wish it was the other way round lol.

just keep switching it up to get your chest to grow, i mean between rep ranges and set ranges and also type of exercise.......i just whent from 10-12 reps on the flat bb bench, 3 sets 12 reps incline db , 3 sets 12 reps cable low high flies.....switched to 5 sets 5 reps bb incline bench, 3 sets 8 reps flat db bench, 3 sets however many i can get reps decline pushups..and I have seen a marked improvement!

on a side not i love the traps as they make me feel like a monster lol!

I try and get a lot of sun (i hear it fades them, the vitamin a i think??), and they're stil there on almost every inch of my torso if you stretch the skin and look lol! but they're not very noticeable thankfully!!!!! I also use lotion with seaweed extract in it, seaweed extract is clinically proven to reduce stretch marks and tighten your skin bleive it or not and it works well and you can get it cheap at target , suave of all companies sells the skin firming lotion with seaweed extract for like 2 $ a bottle!!!!!!!!!!!!
