What do you think? quite a bit of difference... Id like to know about how much more weight (Judging by the pic) till im at a good BF % for my size. I say another 65 Lbs.. my dad says 45 pounds... Id like to be around 12 - 14 %

yeah i think so...i see it in your wrists...and your shirt definitely looks looser. like around your shoulders? it looks smaller through there.

great job man. i bet u could loose and extra 50 or so more pounds. whats your diet like? im droppin fat like crazy on my new diet(i already had about a six pack now im gettin leaner fast as hell) i just eat all of my carbs right after workout within about an hour time frame this way it all goes to my muscles i feel like you waste the carbs if u eat them during the day if you have already refilled your muscle glycogen stores after you workout. laterz
