For me it's gotta be pizza. Hands down. But since I got on my workout routine and eating super healthy about one month ago I have turned down free pizza numerous times, cake, ice cream etc etc. I find it feels good to say no after a while and that you are only doing ourselves a favor by not giving in. I want a killer mucle-bound body wiht a low BF% by next summer and when I see these tempting non-health foods laying around I now instantly recoginize them as the enemy in me reaching my goals. I almost say "**** you, get the hell out of my sight!" to that food in my mind as soon as I see it.

anything with ranch.

EDIT: especially the hidden-valley ranch that is made from 1 ranch packet, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup mayonnaise.

There was a good bit of sarcasm in my post but also a fair amount of truth to it. You can make almost any food fit your macros. We've got several different members who regularly eat brownies, cookies, Big Macs etc. As long as you can eat those foods but still meet your goals for the day. Go ahead.

People take this good bad food thing too seriously.

All of the above are fine and i would not consider them bad foods

There are no "bad foods." Food is food. No food is inherently "good" or "bad."

Now, certain foods are more likely to help you reach your goals than others, sure.

The only "food" that I would say is inherently bad is anything with hydrogenated oils. But hydrogenated oils aren't food, so they don't count.

Yeah, I'm with those people who don't believe-in bad foods. I miss beer, pizza and chinese food, had to cut those out since I'm trying to cut to about 8% body fat by summer.

I definitely wouldn't either. Since when is chili bad? Damn, it's meat beans and tomatoe sauce. Some people on these boards make such a huge deal about eating the right foods I really wonder if they live on vitamins, nitrean, and water.

you should eat apple slices with natty pb :D
or get 2 pieces of WW bread, put them in a panini sandwich maker thing where it looks like a waffle iron, put some diced apples\applesauce in between

let it cook for a bit then put a big spoon of natty pb on it.

it'll satisfy ANY craving you have :D
