im turning 17 next year october. ok i posted here about 5-6 months ago saying i wanted to gain weight, etc and i finally have. i'm back in south africa now after living in the uk for 6 years, and taking my training and diet very seriously.
about 5-6 months ago i was roughly 114 pounds (52kg) and today i am 61.5kg (135.5 pounds) which is already a big improvement (even though i know i could of gained 3kg each month)
i want to be about 70kg by the middle of february or maybe a bit more and i know that requires alot of eating and good training. i already eat alot though
the only thing is i don't want to gain all this weight in the wrong areas. here's some pics and roughly what i eat daily.

typical days menu:
Oats
protein shake 53g protein
two slices toast with peanut butter
two slices wholewheat bread with ham
two slices wholewheat bread with ham
two slices bread with peanut butter
4 slices wholewheat with ham
2 yoghurts
apple
3 glasses milk
macoroni and cheese
also is this ammount of bread good for me? (brown bread) i eat as much as i can to get carbs in. i mostly eat tuna, peanut butter and corn beef on bread...i love meat so i usually have alot of chicken, chops, steak and lamb with vegetables for dinner. so yes i want to know if this is enough to gain more weight....if not, what should i eat more of, less off...etc
also i try to drink alot of milk and water.
