Sadly, I had to skip this year, even though its a great meet. Its being held in Alabama and I couldn't take the weekend away as I have a lot going on in med school at the moment.

I'm gearing up for Senior Nationals at the Arnolds this year. Should be a lot of fun!

That is to me atleast one of the most impressive videos i've ever seen posted on this forum a snatch grip deadlift with that type of weight....absolutely nuts
