I completely agree, I was slouched over but my goal was just to pick the weight up hopefully working more technique and all and I can get my groove back.
Its a legal deadlift but was sloppy, just goes to show the improvement needed to be done

for sure man, round back pulling is ok but your entire back was rounded, be careful next time.

Legal w/straps? Legal where?
Try not to yank it off the floor. Get tighter before you pull. Strong back either way.

Only reason I used straps was because no chaulk was aloud and im training olympic lifting 4x a week barehanded.
I assure you wraps or not I can pull that weight but no use overtraining my hands in a gym but yeah work is needed that was all lower back not sure much form

Good pull! Now, get someone with a decent camera to take pics and videos of you.

beastly pull,
but if you were going to get it on vid, why not do it without straps. all that effort wasted.

Nice pull.
Are those polygon-shaped plates? I joined a gym that had those, then quit 2 weeks later because deadlifting was such as pain in the ass with them.

silly comment
