Is there any supplements out there that you guys recommend that are not hazardous to your health and can help you loose weight?

Thermocin, Nitor, ECA stack.

All have potential side effects, especially if your sensitive to stimulants.

But, diet is the key to weight loss. Unless your diet is dialed in then I would get that done first then look at the above supplements.

If you just want to lose a little bit. then i wouldnt bother with thermos or an ECA stack. Both are very powerfull supplments.

Start counting your calories on ww.fitday.com and you will be on your way to reaching your goals.

1 week is nothing. How much do you want to lose? 1lb a week is considered a good healthy loss. More then that and your probably losing all sorts of lean mass. Plus, 1lb won't be noticeable. Maybe give it 5-6 weeks and see if you can drop 5lbs.

also keep in mind proper weighing methods - always first thing in the morning, wearing the same stuff, same scale, after the bathroom, before the kitchen :) <<sorry the wrestler in me is a stickler for proper weigh-ins>>

Supplements aren't needed at all for this, they're just a useful aid. If you've got health concerns and all maybe just try reducing your calories (you'll need to do that regardless of usage or not) and see where that takes you. Do you have a condition that would warrant caution here or are you just generally apprehensive on products in which there's ingredients you're unfamiliar with?
