#195-ish
Started back lifting about 18 months ago after a prolonged illness that resulted in me weighing around #160. Made it back up to #195 in about 6 months, although much leaner than before. I'm maintaining this weight for now.
At this age I'm not really interested in being a lot larger than I am now......goals are to gradually increase strength, and maybe add #10-#15 over time, and to stay motivated.
All comments welcome.

Upper body workout is looking real nice dude, keep it up.
Thanks man. The 195 BP was actually a PR and a goal (pressing my bodyweight). I'm still way under where I should be for my size.....I presume such a long ROM on BP & squats makes it harder on tall guys, I dunno......maybe I'm just weak LOL
