6 Month Progression Pic... Opinions

Hey everyone, this is a 6 month progression between these pictures. Attempted to bulk but didn't really have diet down but was still able to gain around 10 lbs. What do you think so far?

Before=175lbs 12%bf

Thats one heck of a transformation, gaining weight and lowering bodyfat percentage has to do wonders for how you look.

Are those %'s estimated or hydrostat?

i have a scale that is supposed to read body fat...so that is what im going by.

thanks for the compliments everyone. wasn't really expecting that, guess im just too hard on myself. i am continuing the bulk....cleaned up the diet alot as well.
