View Full Version : Any tips for a beginner?

Hi all. Im new to the forums and i am 16, soon 17, and seriously interested on how to build muscle... Ive been training for a year now and can tell the effect its having and i love it, but i havent really paid attention to what i eat. I am wondering what diets i should stick to, and nutrition i should be taking to begin getting even better. thanks.

Aim for 1g of protien xlbs
And eat alot of food
