meal 1 454 kcals
40 grams of oats with just wetting milk
3 full eggs
3 egg whites
multivitamin with 100 % RDA for all
1 gram of vitamin C
34 c
9.5 f
38 p

meal 2 395 kcals
40 grams of brown rice mixed with 130 grams of tuna and a small sip of olive oil.

meal 3 434 kcals
Chicken breast ~150 grams
30 grams of peanuts

meal 4 356 kcals
20 grams of peanuts
40 grams of whey
1 full egg (all together in blender shake)

meal 5 342 kcals
family dinner with usually a choice of a random meat, and a random veggie.
3 egg whites
also if i want some potatoes
C= (estimated average 14 grams)
F= (estimated average 14 grams)
P= (estimated average 40 grams)

*Lose the oil.

Looks alot better then it did. Be carefull of too much fat. Yes, it's essential fats, but be carefull. Don't eat raw eggs.

You could add some cottage cheese and milk in place of some of the tuna or chicken. I would also have another gram of Vit C before bed.

i ALWAYS boil ALL my eggs. just cuz its boilt doesn`t mean a good blender cant blend it.
ok.. ill lose the oil but when i start cutting down on fats what do i replace with?
i guess skim milk would be cool.
90% of the time there is green veggies in meal 5 fangel.
ok at the extra vit C

and DEATH !!!!

I've had it ...... not DEATH (yet), but Salmonella. It's not pretty and it was from raw eggs. It is understood that you body has a hard time digesting raw eggs anyway.

Don't cut down on your fats. Just keep them in moderation. More cals in fats.

You don't have to put anything in the oils place.

sorry misunderstanding.
i thought cut down meant reduce and not totally ban.

This diet doesn`t have too many cals thats what im saying.
if i take more fats i might lose too much weight too quick

People over here do eat raw eggs. They must be using something against salmonella.
Sometimes I forget my protein shake. If that happens, I have 6-10 raw eggs instead. Nothing bad happened yet.

BTW how bad is salmonella?

It can kill.

I was in hospital for 2 weeks and did not \ could not eat anything for 5 days. I had the runs ever 10mins for 3 days.
