If you do not know what you are doing with ananolics ("roids") you can experience problems, yes.

Hell, even not having your mind in the right place can cause it.

you're the same one who had the thread on safety labels regarding diet pills, no?

Let me help you save a ton of time and concern, and this isn't meant to be funny (well, kinda), this is the first time I'm able to use a thread I started solely for this purpose. See this:
http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=104186

Now check out the results and you'll see what the most useful ones are, according to people polled. Keep in mind the polling population - it's people *already* in the supplements subforum.

Supplements are the tiniest part of what is important with gaining muscle, losing fat, etc. You are *clearly* very, very apprehensive with supplements. That being the case, just approach your training with proper diet/exercise/rest, and quit the worrying on supplements. You're honestly not short changing yourself really, I mean if you completely ignore supps you'll be inconvenienced (maybe), in that you can't pound a 1000 calorie meal in 4 sips, but honestly the stuff you're seemingly hung up on are soooooo trivial in the bigger picture that you need to realize you're wasting your time and just eat/train to achieve your goals.

seriously sups are basically garbage and a waste of money and time, just eat good, track your diet and sleep good, and lift heavy and things will come together!

watch the wording there... my protein/weightgainers are completely worth the cash, save me time, and certainly aren't garbage! (I presume you just mean the stuff he's asking about, like diet pills and whatever category, test boosters I'd presume, that he's concerned about impotence on)

hmmm, I find multiple errors/suggestions needed to your post, but I'm sure you can guess what they'd be - if not I'll tell ya tho!

jdeity, placebo effects can help you break through a plateau too ;)

haha it's funny but it's sooo true! The winky wasn't even needed, there's no denying placebo effects are real, people don't entertain the strength of a placebo effect nearly as much as they should imo.
