Hey guys,

A lot of the time I need to make something quick for lunch. I was just wondering if you guys had any ideas for some good high-cal, high-protein meals that can be whipped up in no-time. My usual, is tossing a can of tuna in with some scrambled eggs! haha Other than that I'm a fan of chunky soup. I live close enough from work that I go home for lunch, so I have access to a stove, bbq etc...

I usally cook all my midday meals on sunday. i only really cook dinner every night the rest is in tuberware or its something simple like tuna or eggs

- Tuna & couscous (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=101857)
- Any meat can be barbecued. Adding cheese and a bun makes it better :)
- Make some chili and reheat

PB, honey and whole wheat bread. 6 - 7 tablespoons should do it.

Pour the honey directly on the bottom piece. It helps with the PB swallowing.

I find that much PB is hard to eat straight or even on a few peices of bread. I guess I just gotta force her down and learn to love it!

yes you have to force yourself....i put half a slice of bread in my mouth, fill my mouth with water, dissolve the bread, then swallow. ;).....it's MUCH faster than chewing. i usually do it with about 4 slices when im not hungry but i know my body can take more.

haha...well I do have enough time at lunch to chew my food...but I'll keep that in mind! Looks like I'm going to just bbq a ton of chicken and just reheat it during the week for lunch...along with a giant PB sandwich

hard boil yourself 8 eggs, and eat only 2 of the yolks (if cutting) there 48 grams of the best protein ever for you! add in a serving of oatmeal or some veggies or fruit and it's a great meal!

Iím a 14 years old girl and I weigh 110 pounds and Iím 5í5Ē. Some days I donít eat and some days I eat, most of days I eat under 500 calories. I feel like an oversize person. People tells me Iím not so fat, but I feel like I am and I canít let myself believe what they say. What can I do to diet? I am going to gym regularly. Please suggest me what should I do now?

Trust me when I say this....you are not over-weight at all. 110lbs is a great size to be and you should be happy about that. Going to the gym is a great thing to do, but remember to eat regularly...that's means everyday.
