Well I Used the 5x5 routine for awhile it worked fairly well then i drastically slowed down about 6 months into it. My football coach got me into a new program.
Anyways I'm a senior in high school. I hope to be 200 Someday.

Squat 340x1 I know I need to work on it I plant to be to 400 in 3 months

I have a very strong chest but its small... Kinda strange but thats how it is..
