Bench 265x1

Squat 340x1 I know I need to work on it I plant to be to 400 in 3 months

Nah- no need for rows... I mean, you can't even see your back.
Oh well, at least you're squatting and deadlifting.

Got that nice and lean Abercrombie Model look. I'd stay there if thats what you're going for, but if not, definetly bulk. I'm only 5'9 and the same weight as you and i'm still bulking.

No, I stated I want to get bigger 30lbs bigger. Im working my ass off. I'm hoping to be all cut up and be 200 at the end.

Ive realized its going to take a long time. But I'm going to get it.

I have really been struggling with breakfast. I usually have 2 glasses of milk a normal bowl of rasin bran and a protein shake. Im now going to wake up and eat at least 6 eggs all with tortillas a banana and a protein shake.

Someone flame me if I dont lol.

Thanks for the comment

Looking good in the chest and arms dude. Gotta starting rowing! There is nothing like the feeling that everyone in a room is staring at your back when you walk by them.
