Sorry guys, I know you hate em. I looked around the site and saw that cycling isn't needed, and that 5g a day, everyday is pretty much the standard. I looked at my tub and see that 1 serving is 1 scoop (45g). I guess I'm just confused as to why they give you a 45g scoop if you only want to take 5g? 5g seems like an extremely small amount. Please help me clear this up, sorry if it's crazily obvious and I'm just dumb right now.
Sorry, but thanks in advance.

Oh I see, It's Creadrive. My friend gave it to me, and I just assumed it was pure creatine, when in fact it's a blend of other things. For some reason you asking made me think of that. Sorry for the waste of time. :bang: :bang: :bang:
Thanks for your vast knowledge

Yeah, I kind of figured it was a blend. How much creatine is in one scoop?

Yeah you need to find out how much creatine is in the scoop. i have seen these creatine transport products that only have 2 grams of creatine per serving.

creadrive is GNC's version of cell tech, I can't recall if it's the one with malto or the one with dextrose, they make creaburst and creadrive, both essentially identical.
