Cut the nitor dosage by a pill or so and keep drinking the coffee. If I remember right, I think one pill of nitor is equal to 3 cups of coffee?

Nitor works best when stacked with meth.

There's no need for coffee when you're throwing down that stuff. Just drink decaf.

I believe a cup of drip coffee is 60mg or so. A nitor pill is about 200mg IIRC. So 1 pill is alittle over 3 cups of coffee. Just be careful, Nitor is strong good stuff.

also, am I alright to do distance running on this stuff? Im basically trying to cut out bodyfat + additional weight that I've stacked on in the past three months to get bigger so I can run more easily, or should I only do that on days off of nitor?

You can practice endurance exercise while using Nitor.
