now is my diet... Right after a workout a take in a protein shake with anywhere between 30-40grams of protein
On average I drink about 3-4 bottled waters a day. I will usually throw in 2 or 3 glasses of juice and maybe 2 glasses of milk per day. This can be changed around depends how im feeling.
Breakfast Il way up eat a sandwhich with somekind of meat cheese tomatoes. I will eat frosted flakes cereal a bowl. I will also eat a yogurt.
For lunch I usually eat another sandwhich and a yougurt typically, sometimes i eat something else.
Dinner is usually some chicken or steak with mashed potatoes and another yogurt.The meats at dinner are usually a pretty big serving. A small serving of ice cream i take too sometimes.
At night i might take soem cottage cheese an hour or two before bed.
Im at 5'10 180lbs . i want to get to around 235 LEAN
