Hey everyone, havnt been here in quite a while but look forward to some critiques. Finally hit a solid 220lbs and steadily gaining. goin for 230 by the end of winter. Ill post full body pics(legs) as soon as i hit 225

Looking thick and impressive overall, lats are especially nice and wide. Ya look nothing like a real crapsicle.

Buy a brighter lightbulb next time though, or stand slightly in back your lamp. You were probably blocking the light where you were standing if you had a bright one shining on you.

But this is about bodybuilding, not photo-taking. ;-)
