Unbiased review of maximum mass stack

When you do start post some stats, and so forth. The greatest amount of steroid cycle won't do much if your nutrition, training, recuperation are not in order.

Who mentioned steroids?

Who mentioned steroids?

I think he just meant that if you don't eat or train properly nothing will help you get results

Sounds like a plan. You will receive free access to our Max Mass Guide which has some template routines you can follow as well.

I will give a complete weekly journal of nutrition, supplements, workout routine and intensity (in fact I will probably use the "wanna be big routine"), rest, detailed measurements before and after, and before and after pics. I encourage those who will be keeping track to let me know if there is an area that can be changed for greater results.

awesome - someone else who will document intensity. I generally use 1 - 10 rating scale for each set. 5 warms the muscles. 6 a little more warm. 7 requires some thinking but no straing. 8 is a int strain. 9 means only 1 or 2 more reps could occur. 10 means no more reps could occur.

Good luck!!

Don't use calculations, they are crap. Test your actual maxes on a few movements like bench, squat, and deadlift. If you don't want to do that you can just compare your 5RM or the like on given exercises.

WOW, I am so full. Have been eating all day. I have Mondays off, so it was good for day 1. Opticen and Maximus are good tasteing supps, man do they fill you up.

I have taken in 4434 calories, 314 protein.
Going to increase calories slowly which will increase protein as well.

Food consumption has consisted of, eggs, cheese, natural peanut butter, milk, beef, whole wheat breads, natural cashews, 2 protein shakes, & 1 MRS, not to mention lots of water. Wife cooked a vegetable soup tonight, it was good, but calories and protein could have been higher with chicken breast. Tomorrow I will add tuna and sweet potatoes to the list.

Todays workout ranked #2 in intensity because figureing 1 rep max. Look forward to seeing those increase in the near future.

Will begin actual routine on Wednesday with Wednesdays workout, or should I start Tomorrow and continue three day cycle until Mondays workout falls on Monday again? It would probably take two weeks to do this, and I have the most flexible schedule possible. Any suggestions?

Isnt that WAYYYY TOO MUCH protein? Specially if your planning to increase it... I'm not sure if its true but, I heard excess protein causes liver/kidney damage.

1.5xBW in protein puts him right on the ballpark where hes at or maybe a hair more. sounds like you got in on track man

Is that the order in which you did the exercises?

If so, I suggest you bench first then military press. Frankly, if you are benching you really don't need to military press the same day.

Somethings have happened in my personal life which kept me from going through with this, however, do plan to come back and this time complete the review.

I'm a little confused. If this stuff is a weight gainer and an MRP, why are you making an entire log to review them? Isn't it pretty obvious that calories work?

It's a weight gainer, mrp, joint/recovery supplement, and creatine. The stack also comes with a diet and workout. Are all weight gainers/mrps created equal? What's wrong with someone giving their review on them?

We know that creatine works. Joint supplements work, calories work. I don't understand what the review is for...Do we need a review of a plate of chicken and brown rice?

So every weight gainer and protein powder are created equal in your opinion? Noone is talking about chicken and brown rice. Have you used ETS. Do you know what it is? Wouldn't you want to know if it's better than other joint recovery supplements on the market? Again, I don't get why you are questioning why somoene is providing a product review.

BTW, in case you didn't realize, this site is owned and funded by Atlarge Nutrition. So feedback of the products is encouraged.

yorkgivens: Give it up bro:outnumber:

I am in the middle of a different body challenge so it will be in the next 2 months. I realize it is sometime away, but it will give me a chance to organize and prepare a bulking regimen. I am beginning to research food sources and recipes to plan in advance in order to make the process a little less stressful. Link me some articles, recipes, etc you think are worth trying out. The review will be a part of a bulking cycle with the goal of 240lbs.(currently 223lbs)

I am also going to configure a different workout routine designed strictly for mass, hence I wanna be big.And will probably go with "Results" as well since it is also provided as an alternative.

I was reading some other posts wherein "Starting Strength" was recommended. Would this be a good routine to us along with the bulking cycle I will be doing with the "Review"?

At this point with the amount of people who have used ALN products I am sure there is little doubt of their quality. However I am a man of my word and after longs delays with health issues and hurricanes, I will begin this review to add to the amount of positive feedback for ALN.

Thanks Chris! Maybe I can keep myself healthy!
Really looking to shake my old routine up which is why I was looking into the previous mentioned. Still not sure though! I went back and looked at the free bonus material I got when I purchased the mass stack and am looking at this routine.

Day 1
Incline Bench Press 2x3/3
Dumb. Bench Press 1x30
Squat 3x5/5/5
Weighted Ab Crunch 2x10/10

Day 3
Dead Lift 3x2/2/2
One arm dumb. row 3x5/5/5
Barb. Curls 2x5/5
Tri Push Dwns 2x10
Calf Raises 2x15/15
Weighted Ab crunch 2x10/10

Day 5
Barb Bench Press 3x5/5/5
Squat 3x5/5/5
Weighted Ab Crunch 2x10/10
Seated Calf Raise 2x10/10

Not sure when I am going to do ME. Any suggestions! Gonna tweak in weeks ahead. Whatever routine I use, I will def. stick with through the review.

This routine is a different than the traditional Westside template. It is a bit more focused on hypertrophy and I would characterize it as a powerbuilding program.

Power is good, but really want to take a stab at putting on as much bulk as possible. I guess I could go back to one body part a day which has worked in the past, and would really help put the supps. to the test. Before that I did total body workout three days a week (SQ, DL, BP, MP, OE, BC). This helped me put on weight in the beginning, but that was 5 years ago.

Give the Max Mass Guide program a run. Follow the tenets to include daily caloric intake and let's see what we get. I think you will be surprised if you push yourself to progress in the gym. Give the RESULTS about 10 days to kick-in.

QUALITY advice as always from Chris.. i'm watching this log and likign what i'm reading so far! Glad to see things are well and you're back at it with some zeal! Results takes about 2 weeks to kick in but it's noticable when you're using it versus when you're not. Can't wait to see the progress you make buddy!

It has been about two weeks since I have started the stack and have gained 4.4lbs so far. I am up to 224.4 and feeling good. Interested in trying the Results organce blast flavor. I purchased two tubs of Maximus and Opticen each so I will need to purchase another ETS and Results. I can definatly say this stack is helping me reach the calorie and protein intake I need to recover. Check back in another week!

Figures I would post how I am using Maximus:

10 scoops + 8 cups milk + gallon jug = 2272 calories, 188 protein

This allows me to easily get between 4000 - 5000 daily.

The taste is Awesome! My two little girls, 4 & 2, constantly ask me for some. They love the taste.

Not a good week for me. Got the workouts in, but I was down on my cal intake and the last three days have not drank any shakes due to mucus, et al. Starting to feel better and hope to get my cal uptake back to where it needs to be this weekend. I have completed my first tub of Maximus and will start on my second once the mucus stops flowing. Ran out of ETS and can definitely tell a difference. That stuff works really good!
