View Full Version : Need help figuring out a daily routine!

hey. I just turned 17 about a month ago. I'm 5 foot 9, 165lbs. My senior football season starts in August 2008, and I would like to gain a sufficient amount of muscle weight. I would like to be around 180 lbs. I go to the gym about everyday, and i was wondering if anybody had any daily routines on what to eat to possibly gain some weight. Thanks a lot!:thumbup:

I think that you should eat more food like granola, oats, yogurt, vegetables, and others. It will help you to gain mass. Also try to double your load as you progress in your training.
