Big Rob hit an 830 at Crawford's Memorial meet this past weekend. Tee worked really hard for this meet. He took a run at 870 and it was just not in the right groove. He will hit this and more in the near future--there is no doubt. Great job by the biggest bencher at Southside.

Congrats on the 830! I recently saw a post on another forum saying 800+ lifts were ho-hum everyday lifts. Obviously made by someone that hasn't had 800 in their hands. I only dream about hitting 800.

Congratulations to Big Tee, he deserves it! There's no doubt that he is destined for greatness and huge bench numbers.

It's really an honor and privelage to be able to train with Tee and some of the best lifters in the business. SFW!!!

Damn that's impressive. Vincent, I remember you telling us to expect big things when he broke 800, you weren't kidding.

The people who wrote that probably can't even imagine what 800 pounds feels like. Of course neither can I. :(

i did !! remember 80 percent of the lift is half shirt guy and 75 percent of the lift is 3 quarters hand off guy and only 3 percent of the lift is ten percent the lifter or something like that (lol) :birthday: a 830 bench was one hell of a birthday gift
