I tried sticking my ass out more. How's my form aside from my ass coming up first then my back? It was my last set. I know the weight is still low, but I'm adding every week and I just started squatting a couple months ago.

Here is my old thread. (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=103373)

Those look pretty good dude. Keep your back arched a little tighter, and try to stay a little more upright as you sink into the hole. You're bending over fairly far at the bottom (considering the width of your stance and your bar placement), which is something that people will do pretty regularly when they're attempting to get deeper. Your ass isn't shooting up like some people's do.

I think I'm more bent over because I'm trying that whole "Pretend there's a chair just out of reach" thing... Thanks though, I'll give it a try.

That's not a bad way to think about it, but at some point you have to sit down between your legs and not just back- especially raw and if you're shooting for below parallel.

Kind of like how I did it in my first thread? I squatted more down than back.

These ones are much better than the last video. Sit back until you start closing that angle between your back and the floor, and then start to sit down- does that make sense? Basically once sitting back doesn't yield more depth, start coming down between your legs.

I think I get what you mean. I'll try it out this coming week.

Sounds good man. Keep throwing the vids up here- I think taking vids is one of the single best things one can do to improve form. I do agree with the others, these are very good squats (especially considering the timeframe), but if you want the critique then I'm not doing you any favors if I'm not being picky, you know?
