I finally tried this exercise yesterday and I like it a lot:thumbup: :thumbup:

Definitely, give this type of exercise a try if you haven't try it already.

Here is my workokut from yesteday. Also, I did video tape the workout too.


BODY WEIGHT: 218

REVERSE BLUE BAND BENCH PRESS

545 x 1
585 x 1
605 x 1 :strong:

PAUSE INCLINE BENCH PRESS
135 x 10
225 x 8
275 x 6
295 x 3
315 x 2

STANDING UNDERHAND CABLE CROSS
100 x 10
120 x 8
140 x 6
160 x 4

reverse band bench is a great overload lift. i like to do these once every 8 weeks.

reverse band bench is a great overload lift. i like to do these once every 8 weeks.
