6 weeks to weigh in a 94kg istead of a 105. I am sitting at just under the 105kg caegory at a bw of 230lbs, I need to (Lord knows how) drop enough fat and water to weigh under 206.

I am going to be using Builts PSMF guide, the same one she did for Josh.

Im gonna have to live of tuna and milk as i dont ake any suppliments, whey included.

Wish me luck fellahs, this is much a diet journal as it is a training one.

Don't do anything extreme Fuzzy... You'll lose too much strength that way... Up your water intake, and cut the calories a little. Throw in a couple extra cardio sessions a week. If your can get your weight down 10lbs that way in the next few weeks you're in good shape.

The last few days before go low carb and then cut water out for the last 24hours (depending on how much you have to lose). If you need to lose more, the sauna is your friend.

2 cups of milk
Veggies

481 calories
30/24/28 F/C/P

Gonna ease into it over the week... god I eat too much.

Best of luck Fuzz. Been meaning to tell you this for a while but watching you change on the site since your first couple postings has been crazy. Between your maturity and knowledge at your age you will go places (lifting and life). I'll be stopping back to check in!
