Oh snap. So I haven't seriously touched a weight in 3 months. I'm still in decent shape, I threw up some pics a few weeks ago, after the holidays I'm a bit fatter and a bit less muscular. Weights about 215ish and BF prolly in the mid to high teens. I won't have access to the gym for another 3 weeks, (Yikes). I'll do BW stuff and try to get my diet in check. Goal would be a 6 pack at over 200lbs by summer. So uh yea. today.....


Pushups

Ugh

Oh yea, I've been getting in a solid 10-20 hours of cardio in a week. in the form of

Haha, thats awesome cardio big dawg.

I just started back as well, but those ab things are for the birds. I'll be 28.7 years old before I could have abs.

Good luck brother, I'm cutting again as well.

werd man, I only have about 15lbsto lose. I gotta drop like 2-3" on the waist and harden up a bit. I'm sure just starting to lift heavy weight again will bring down the bf 1-2%.
