I am in the process of desiging a keto diet for myself. I have read enough that I understand the general principles of the keto diet but I am trying to design a keto diet based on my personal goals and LBM. I have not found too much info about total calories, % of macros, and possible refeeds. I am wondering if anyone has some good information to help me tie up these loose ends and put the finishing touches on my diet.
FWIW I am looking to adopt a strict cutting diet for the next 12-14 weeks so something more regimented would be great.
