These are pics taken January 7th

And to give you an idea of where i am strength-wise..

Bench - 230x1
RDL - 300x4
Squat - 300x4
Chin ups - 7
Bent over row - 180x7
Dumbell military press - 70x6
Bicep curl bar - 85x8
Skullcrusher curl bar - 110x6

My first pic post i was 230-235, i weighed in yesterday at 250.4lbs. I have been eating like a ****ing madman and sleeping as much as possible. I feel like my strength gains have been awesome and i get a lot of comments all the time of how much bigger i look/people asking me if im on steroids (which is stupid), etc. so i feel good that i am gaining. I dont feel like i have gained much if any body fat, i am still bulking strong. I havent started supplementing yet but i am considering a creatine and protein mix.

Anyway, lemme know what you think or if you have any questions

Does anyone have any feedback at all? Id really like an outsiders eye, its hard for me to tell looking at myself everyday.

It obvious to me that you do look bigger! Good job. You also put on some fat around your gut area but that's fine.
Now you just have to ask yourself how much fat you're willing to put on. If you feel that the strength gains are great I'd keep doing what you're doing because you did put a good amount of muscle....slow it down if the fat gains start to creep up too much.

How tall are you? Don't take this the wrong way, but do people really ask if you're on steroids... I just don't see it :scratch:
Good progress overall though, traps look they could use some work.

i am 6'6''

i know it is stupid that people ask me that, i dont look like it at all. the people who have said it saw me with clothes on so there is room for them to get carried away im sure. i am not saying i look like i am at all, i KNOW i dont.

i think i am going to start supplementing with creatine and protein and contine to bulk up to around 270, then cut.

If you do it slowly, you'll be JACKED at 270. Trust me. Don't go crazy just to get to 270. Your weight is just a number and if you do it right then cut, you'll look great.

Ahhh I was gonna say, well for someone that is 6'6 you probably do look pretty big. I thought you were like 5 foot something.

yeah im trying not to be in a hurry. i gained a lot of weight in a short period of time so far but i think it was kind of my body adjusting to the sudden explosion of consistent heavy lifting and eating. newbie gains basically. i expect the next phase of this bulk to be slower, hopefully i can deal with carry some extra fat until i get to a cut, half the time i really enjoy having gained the muscle and being stronger, but its starting to bug me to have fat on my stomach and sides.

i took about a week off because i had a friend in town, but i hit it up again yesterday and im going again today. gotta go buy my supplements too. yay!

my body composition is the same but i have gained 20 lbs, i am definitley bigger i just didnt gain or lose much in the way of body fat % so the pics look the same.
