Here's the deal.
I find myself wanting to eat certain things but I can't really think of any good thing to eat based on the time.
Scenario:
It's before bed and I want something with protein and fat, no carbs though. What do you go for?
Basically what foods do you choose when you want:
Protein only (this one's kinda easy but share if you would)
Proteins + fats (with little to no carbs and something you'd eat before bed)
The carbs you choose to eat when you do eat them.
Is there a carb difference between wheat and white bread, cuz calories is nearly the same.
I write this because i wanted a little 200 cal snack before bed, and I realize the only things I was going to eat were carb loaded... like a pack of sandwich crackers or something like that... Didn't wana use a shake before bed but if a shake and maybe some PB on one cracker would it then w/e you know?
