OK, so to gain some perspective on how dieting works and how counting calories doesn't have to be really really annoying and sometimes confusing, i am picking a microwaveable meal of lasagne that provides:
500 cals
36g Protein
around 12g of fat
maybe 50g of carbs
(the wrapper is in my bin, i cant be bothered to get up and write down the exact thingys)
So, if my maintenance is 2000 calories and i ate 8 of these lasagnes each day (4000 cals), would i gain some decent weight, and would it be considered as relatively 'clean'.
P.s. provided that i bump the calories accordingly and take into account any other factors that could take up more calories blah blah
