any of you guys that dont get a chane to run at the gym where the calories are estimated for you, how or do you guys even estimate how many calories you burned?

research it online, make an educated guess. But if you're tracking your calories and making progress, it really doesn't matter how many cals you've burned.

You don't. Too many variables to get anything useful.

I use the following equation:
Calories Burned = [Sweat(L) * Time(s)] / [Distance(m) * Girls I Checked Out]
An example would be my short cardio session today.... I dropped less than a pound of water... so lets say 0.25L. I only did about 20minutes, so that's 1200 seconds. I didn't go any distance because I was doing gpp type of stuff... And I only checked out 1 girl because it was just me and my girlfriend at the gym today...
Therefore:
Calories Burned = [0.25*1200] / [0 * 1] = infinity
Hence, I burned a lot of calories. Good thing I had a big breakfast today!

U can use this to guess if it makes you feel better...
