Currently on days when I'm giving my upperbody a rest, I do an ab workout for about an hour followed by 30 minutes of running. Pre-workout I usually eat oatmeal with milk, 1 scoop whey, and a few raisins. I wait about 1.5 hours then start the ab workout, followed by the cardio. If my goal is to burn fat is this pre workout meal correct or am i just running off the carbs instead of burning fat?
