AtLarge sponsored powerlifter Donnie Thompson set a new all-time highest total with 2855 lbs!!!

He did it at the AtLarge sponsored Columbus Pro-Am this weekend.

Here is the report from Powerliftingwatch.com:

Donnie Thompson, shw, totalled 2,855 pounds at today's IPA Columbus Pro-Am to shatter Andy Bolton's all-time total record of 2,806 pounds. Thompson squatted 1,155 pounds, benched 900, and deadlifted 800 pounds.

We will definitely be involved. I would LOVE to see Andy make it over for the meet.

I'm pretty sure it was his 3rd. If you go to the Lexen Extreme website they have the results posted.

Chris,

I read Donnie's interview from awhile back. Does he still just use nitrean, or is he using maximus now? What other supplements is he using?

Also, do you know what he uses for gear(metal,inzer)?

Nope. I just finished a brief interview with him which we will publish on AtLarge and in PLUSA. I asked him what his plans are and he said nothing about retirement.
