Increase your fats. Toss a shot of olive oil in your protein shakes.

What level are you managing now? What macros do you run?

honestly to tell you the truth i never really counted calories...im starting to now...I went to my doctor today and he said that avg calorie intake for maintenance of a person my size should be 2000....i have 130 pounds, 18 years of age and about 5'10''...does this seem right to anyone? so should i be around 2500 calories then? for puttin on mass?

There is only way to find out.

You have to track your calories and go from there...

Track your cals for a couple of weeks. Lose weight, eat more.

Gain weight keep eating those cals.

It's easy, just keep tracking.
