...I'll be a tank...and 17 years old.

Day 1: (Back/Biceps)

Seated Cable Row 3x10
Dumbbell Bent-over Row 3x10
Deads
Dumbbell Curls 3x10
Preacher Bench Military Curls 3x10
Barbell Curls 3x10

Day 3: (Chest/Shoulders/Neck)

DB Bench 3x10
DB Incline 3x10
Flies 3x10
DB Raises 3x10
Barbell Behind Neck Press 3x10
Barbell Upright Row 3x10


Day 5: (Triceps)

Triceps pushdown 3x10
Skullcrushers 3x10
Tricep pulldown (rope) 3x10

Day 2/4: (Legs/conditioning)

Hockey off-ice conditioning. We run stairs, squat, plyometrics, squat, squat, squat, and then squat some more until our legs are jello. Gotta love those trainers.

Seated cable row --132lbs
Dumbbell bent over row --55lbs
Deads -- skipped, back was bothering me
Dumbbell curls --30lbs
Preacher bench --bar+ 20lbs (40lbs)
Barbell curls -- bar+ 10lbs (55 lbs)

Day felt good. First time in about 2 weeks (exams, hockey, girlfriend). Exams are over, girl is over. Hockey is still there, it can stay. Time to hit the gym hard tomorrow for chest, shoulders, neck.

Biceps and back are soree...ahh...good feeling!
