After a workout would it be alright to consume about 1000 cals when trying to bulk up, as becuase of lectures (being a student) today i have been restricted and i as hungry when i got in, i was wondering wheather this was alright or not.

Can you effect your hormones naturaly without steroids or supplements?

Sure it's alright. A lot of food, tho.

Yes, you can affect your hormones without steroids or supplements to some degree. That degree will vary widely.

Its ok to do, but i would reccomend taking some of that in liquid form, 1000 calories is a lot of food, especially if its "clean" food..
