i usually take 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream, pour maybe 1/4 cup of de-caff coffee, then a scoop of whey right before bed...and damn does it taste amazing..what do you guys do?

thats a lot of sugar before bed, isnt that a no-no?
i thought ideally u want fats and protein right before bed.

If you're trying to bulk up it shouldn't be a problem, although I'm not sure if I'd feel like eating a bunch of ice cream right before bed.

(Where in Michigan do you live?)

Just a heaping scoop of whey, a little natural sugar (if just after workout), fill with about 12 oz skim milk, shake and enjoy!

1 1/2 scoop 100% casein, water, ice, 1/2 cup of blueberry and mango mix, tbl spoon natty pb, cinnamon, splash of light cranberry juice (just bc it was in the fridge), blender. perfect before bed

maybe i should go sugar free on my ice cream? I am trying to put on some mass though...do you think sugar right before bed is not such a good idea?

How about, only use 1 scoop of ice cream for the taste and throw in a banana, or some peanut butter, or cottage cheese, or oats, etc.

sounds good...i heard that eating too many bananas are bad...due to the high levels of potassium...i eat about 3 or 4 a day...anyone think this is a bad idea?

i would delete all that sugar and replace with fats, peanut butter, olive oil, casein.
a good shake i like to drink: opticen 2 scoops, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp natural pb:
613 cals
26 fats
27 carbs
67 prot

What was your GPA? ACT SCore?

++Cottage cheese is reallly gooood source. And its good. Add some into your shakes, you can't taste it.

2 and a half cups of milk
1 cup of ice cream
16 tbsps of peanut butter
and a couple tbsps of olive oil
... and some cinnamon

++Cottage cheese is reallly gooood source. And its good. Add some into your shakes, you can't taste it.


My GPA was a 3.6 and my act score was a 30

its going to be a lot harder now though...avg will a 3.7-3.8 and a 30+ on your acts
