casein protein in cottage cheese

i love CC! this may sound gross, but ill tell u what i like. CC with pinnaples or mixed tropical fruit with 1/4 cup shredded chedder cheese.

something i made the other day, cause i was runnin low on food-- sounds nasty, but it was pretty good:

1.5 cups CC, 1 cup apple sauce, 1/2 cup plain brown rice, 1/4 cup mixed nuts.

i know how it sounds... but the rice had no taste, and the mixed between sweet and salty was pretty freakin good!
