Sorry for the big pics, it says mine are to large to attach. I should prolly resize but i do not have time.

I have a little bit of a gut from a sad attempt at bulking. Now with spring on the way i want to get cut up a bit and try to gain some size at the same time. Is that possible? I plan on putting my diet on here as well as my workouts but i just have not had the time with work. Can someone guess my bf%? and Also give me an average amount of cals to shoot for to cut down a bit or maintain so i can go from that. Right now i have just been guessing however i believe my diet is decent.

you can see it if you look close, it isn't much but i would like to be slimmer epically that top part of my stomach right below my rib cage.

Id say dont worry about that right now, keep getting bigger and stronger and then cut maybe 10 pounds off if your wanting to look cut for summer. Your not fat man...

That aint a gut. Your not lean but your not fat. Your perfectly in the middle. I would understand if you wanted to lose some fat just as I would understand if you wanted to pack on some muscle.

The problem is I am not away what my maintenance calories are so I cannot slowly adjust them to do a proper bulk. When I did attempt to bulk I ate everything I could and began to get a gut. However I do drink once or twice a week :( I am afraid that by cutting some fat I will get smaller, when I really want like all of us want, to loose fat and get bigger :):ninja:

You've got some good mass on you, and you are fairly lean as well. I'll second what others before me have said in that I don't see a gut.

I feel that my routine is holding me back. I have been doing my own routine and have not been very steady with my exercises. I have been doing this

Day 1- Chest & Tris
Day 2- Back & Bi's
Day 3- Day off
Day 4-Legs and Shoulders

And repeat. I have been doing 2 on 1 off. Can someone suggest a scripted workout for me? My main goal is to gain mass.

well you dont have your squat and deadlift numbers along with your (already not bad) bench max. I'd say get busy on those two if you want mass. As long as you're getting (whatever variation of) deads and squats on you leg and back days I'd say that your split looks okay.

But I'm sure someone could offer an improvment.

Bahhh, what a sissy gut. I'm between 37 - 38 and I don't have much of a gut really. Maybe I'm just extra wide, my waist alone is 36.

You're over 10%, but under 13%. Your abs are trying to peek out. I'd guess you're right at 11-12%. Just clean up your diet, and keep bulking.

Keep putting on size... don't worry about cutting. Worry about putting on more mass.
