about 60 grams per day +-
im not trying to gain huge amounts and then have to do a long cut but im trying to keep fat gain to a minimum so when i do cut down some it wont be as much.
updated the txt file with fat amounts included
FITDAY has amounts as: 2641 calories/ 235 protein/ 309 carbs / 67 fat
35% protein
43% carbs

It seems like you have a well put together diet. Keep us updated on how it is going.

2640 and only 67g of fat. Damn. That's only a few hundred calories higher than I bulk on, and I do it with about 80-120g fat.
How tall are you? What do you weigh?

Ignore the percentages, they don't mean anything. Go by LBM-targeted dosings; for protein, minimum is a gram per pound lean mass; for fat, minimum is half a gram per pound LBM. (higher for both is fine, these are just minimums)
I'd bring my fats up a little if I were you, but I'm a fat junkie. I love the stuff!

ya i thought fat was pretty low myself when i added everything up but i figure im most likely going to eat an extra bite here or there if im really hungry so thats on the low side. will add a bit more fat in there but not much ive really enjoyed this diet so far, it keeps my metabolism going strong all day&night!

If you feel good and you're approaching your goals, that's what it's all about.
Good luck!

CuBeNs1s, Be consistent and faithful and you should be in good shape. Track your weight and adjust if you need to.

Seems to me this is still pretty ingrained in people.
