I just started my rippetoe workouts(tuesday was the fist day) and over the weekend is really when I started to increase my calories or at least try to. After a few days of eating big, I have mornings noticed that im still around the same benchmark weigh. I weigh 130 pounds, usually before going to bed i weigh myself at about 133-134...this is what i have been noticing for the last couple days. The thing is...the next morning i wake up and weigh myself again and notice i digest all of that food and i am back at 130 pounds. Is this something I need to worry about now? I mean i just started to workout and just started to really increase my diet. But after a few days of eating big...wouldnt their be some significant gains?
