im lifting twice a week, and tryn to loose weight the only thing im loosen is pounds off my bench. im 6ft 4in 272lbs im only taking in 12 to 1400 cals a day should i change my diet?whats the deal with my slouching bench? Any advice would be greatly apreciated!!!:confused:

i thinkn you answered your own problem in your OP....

12-1400 calories and you weigh 272?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

your have to be so so hungry.

try eating closer to 2500.. a VERY clean 2500 and see what happens

actually, better yet, use the search function at the top to asnwer questions and also read builts sticky's in her signiture.
