Good calories, good protein.

Good fat, but too much saturated. Try adding olive oil to everything to bump the mono unsaturated fats up. Your fiber is also a bit low, I dont know about you but I need fiber lol.

Agreed. Bump up the natural pb and the olive oil, and get a few veggies in there to double the fibre.
